Curious to know more about Hawaii, hula and our Halau i Ka Pono (hula school)? Join us for a FREE Introduction to Hula Community Class! 

Hula gently challenges the body through various movements of the hands and feet all while telling a story about the land, the people and life in beautiful Hawaii. 

Hula is about aloha (love) and health. It connects us to our ancestors, to beautiful Nature, and to each other. 

During this free intro class, you can experience a little Hawaii, what it's like to learn hula, and get to know our teachers and community. Come prepared for gentle movement in comfortable clothing as well as an open heart and mind!
